RACHEL CRAIG, M.ED., LPC, EMDR TRAINED THERAPIST

Rachel Craig has worked as a School Teacher in the Waco area for several years before pursuing her Master’s of Education. She served local school districts as a School Counselor while earning her License as a Professional Counselor. Rachel founded a local non-profit, Cradled by love, hope, and healing, in 2011 to serve women and families that have lost a baby. In addition to working with families grieving the loss of a baby, Rachel has helped many families transition into parenting while being their Birth Doula and Post Partum Doula. Her wide range of experiences working with families in their joys and their sorrows surrounding Paternal and Maternal Mental Health is Rachel’s main area of interest in counseling.

In addition to Rachel’s professional experience, she grew up with twenty one siblings, fifteen of which, were adopted. She was raised in an incredibly diverse family and has a unique understanding of family relationships surrounding adoptions, special needs, and early childhood trauma.
